WanderMonster sloshes into 2011 [updated]

Time to stomp the gray wet clumps of 2010’s slush off our boots and head into another year of adventures.

We return from our holiday journeys to a Brooklyn half-buried in filthy, sticky slush, as if a distracted god dropped its snow cone onto the sidewalk and left it there to melt. At least it’s not pink. Limping from skiing lessons, Nerf-sword battles, forehead-bruising encounters with granite countertops and too many late nights, The Boy requested an easy Lunch Post for the first day back to school. I’ll post the results later this afternoon.
