Mr Shoomada, and his brother/nemesis/alter ego, Mr Shamada, are prominent characters in Ben’s rogues’ gallery. Says Ben: “Mr Shoomada is very dumb and the only thing he knows how to do is fly, while his brother, Mr Shamada, is the smartest man in the universe (though he doesn’t know how to fly).”
I think Ben has the inside scoop, since he is a wild thing himself:

Thanks Marianne. Every night he wore it he caused mischief of one kind and another. Thankfully he’s too big for it now.
